To track your order, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. It is sent as soon as your parcel leaves our facility and always shows the latest carrier scan.
You can also open the order status page from your order confirmation email at any time – it stays up to date from production through delivery.
Not shipped yet? Every item is made to order: production takes 1–3 business days, then 5–10 business days for delivery. We ship within the United States only. A tracking number only appears once production is finished.
Cannot find your email? Check your spam folder first, then contact us with the name and email address used at checkout and we will resend it.
