CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped. After this window the item enters production and cannot be modified or cancelled.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Eligible items can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition you received it – unless it was marked Final Sale.
- Our error – wrong item, wrong size sent, print defect, or damage: we send a prepaid return label and replace the item or refund you in full.
- Change of mind – accepted within the same 14 days; return shipping is paid by the customer.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method: allow 1–5 business days for inspection after we receive the item, plus 3–7 business days for your bank to post the credit.
