Please review this policy carefully before placing your order so you know exactly what to expect regarding processing times, shipping costs, delivery estimates, and tracking. 1. Order Processing Time
Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to inspect, carefully package, and prepare your order for shipment. Because every item in our collection is a unique vintage piece, we take extra care to ensure it is properly packed before it leaves our hands.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Operating Days: Tuesday – Wednesday (our standard store hours). Orders placed outside these days will be processed on the next available business day.
Business Hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET, Tuesday – Wednesday
Important: All delivery timeframes shown on this page are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, peak seasons, and other factors outside our control. Transit time begins after the processing period is completed.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (United States)
We offer transparent flat-rate shipping for all domestic orders within the United States. Free shipping is available on orders of $99.00 or more.

Transit time begins after the 1–3 business day processing period is completed. Total estimated delivery time = processing time + transit time.
3. International Shipping
We ship to many international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Estimated Transit Time: 10–20 business days after shipment, depending on destination country and local customs procedures.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: Please allow up to 23 business days from the date of purchase (processing + transit) for international orders.
Shipping Carriers: We work with trusted international carriers including DHL Express, USPS International, Canada Post, Australia Post, and local delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely.
Tracking Visibility: A tracking number will be provided for all international shipments. Please note that tracking visibility may be limited once a package is transferred to a local delivery partner in your country. We recommend checking directly with your local carrier for real-time updates.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes: Any import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or other destination-related charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are not collected by Three Rivers Vintage. Charges vary significantly by country — we strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

5. Shipment Origin
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our boutique located at:

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- The name of the shipping carrier
- An estimated delivery date
- A direct link to track your package
You can also track your order at any time on our Order Tracking Page: https://threeriversvintage.com/order-tracking/, or directly on the carrier’s website using your tracking number.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@threeriversvintage.com.
7. Delays & Delivery Issues
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:
- Weather disruptions or natural events
- Carrier delays or operational issues
- Customs inspections or import procedures (international orders)
- High shipping volume during peak seasons (holidays, sales events)
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
- Public holidays in the origin or destination country
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. If your domestic order has not arrived within 15 business days after the shipment date, or your international order has not arrived within 30 business days after the shipment date, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier.
8. Address Accuracy & Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Your address must include:
- Full name
- Complete street address (including apartment, unit, or suite number if applicable)
- City, State, and ZIP code
- Country
- Phone number (for delivery coordination)
Three Rivers Vintage is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or illegible address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at support@threeriversvintage.com or +1 (724) 264-4138 with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
9. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival
If your package arrives damaged or the item is defective upon arrival, please take the following steps immediately:
- Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged outer packaging and the item itself from multiple angles before removing or discarding any materials.
- Contact Us Within 48 Hours: Email support@threeriversvintage.com or call +1 (724) 264-4138 with your order number and photos attached. Reports submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a claim.
- Keep All Original Packaging: Do not discard the box, padding, or any packaging materials. These may be required for a carrier insurance claim.
- Resolution: We will review your case and work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund. For damage caused by carrier negligence, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
10. Shipping Restrictions
Single Shipping Address: Each order can only be shipped to one delivery address. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes within the United States via USPS.
APO/FPO Military Addresses: Delivery to military addresses may not be available for all products or carriers. Please contact us at support@threeriversvintage.com before placing your order to confirm availability.
Local Pickup: Local in-store pickup is available at our boutique at 112 S. Broad Street, Grove City, PA 16127. Please contact us in advance to arrange a pickup appointment.
11. Taxes, Duties, and VAT
Domestic Orders (United States): Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state laws.
International Orders: Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other destination-related charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Three Rivers Vintage has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for information before placing an international order.
