Three Rivers Vintage specializes in authentic, hand-curated vintage clothing and accessories spanning the 1860s through the 1980s. Every item in our collection is a genuine one-of-a-kind piece, personally selected by our owner for its authenticity, character, and condition.

• One-of-a-Kind Inventory: Because every item is a unique vintage piece, we do not carry duplicate stock. Once an item is sold, it is no longer available. We encourage customers to act promptly when they find a piece they love.
• Condition Disclosures: All items are professionally cleaned, steamed, and measured before listing. Any known imperfections, signs of age, or condition issues are disclosed in the product description and photographs. Minor signs of age — such as slight fading or natural patina — are inherent to authentic vintage garments and are not considered defects.
• Measurements & Sizing: Because vintage sizing differs significantly from modern sizing, we provide detailed measurements for every item. We strongly encourage customers to compare these measurements against their own before purchasing. We are not responsible for fit issues where the item’s measurements match those listed on the product page.
• Accuracy of Listings: We make every effort to accurately represent each item through photography and written descriptions. However, colors may appear slightly different on your screen due to monitor calibration and display settings. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Section 3 — Pricing & Payment

• Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in USD (United States Dollars).
• Price Accuracy: Prices displayed at the time of checkout are the prices that will be charged for your order. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice; however, any price change will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
• Order Acceptance: Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order at our discretion — including orders that appear to contain errors, violate our policies, or involve suspected fraud. If we cancel or modify your order, we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout, and any payment collected will be refunded promptly.
• Payment Security: Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full financial data on our servers. Your payment information is encrypted and protected by industry-standard security measures.
• No Hidden Fees: The total price shown at checkout — including any applicable taxes and shipping costs — is the final amount you will be charged. There are no additional fees added after checkout for domestic orders.

Section 4 — Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality and authenticity of every item we sell. Our full return and refund terms are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key points include:

• Return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• We accept returns for incorrect items, undisclosed damage, or sizing errors on our part. General returns (change of mind) are also accepted within the 14-day window, with return shipping at the customer’s expense.
• Jewelry and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, plus an additional 3–7 business days for your bank to process the credit.

You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit. Arbitration will take place in the State of Pennsylvania, USA, consistent with our place of business.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Pennsylvania for the resolution of any disputes not subject to arbitration.
