3. Use of the Site and Intellectual Property

The Site and its materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with browsing our collection and making purchases. Subject to these Terms, Three Rivers Vintage grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for lawful personal purposes.

4. Products and Product Information

Three Rivers Vintage specializes in authentic, hand-curated, one-of-a-kind vintage clothing and accessories, including pieces that may date from the 1860s through the 1980s. These items are not newly manufactured and may carry normal characteristics of age and prior history.

Product Descriptions and Photographs: We work to describe and photograph every item accurately, including relevant condition notes, measurements, and visible imperfections. However, color can appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and browser. Product photographs and descriptions should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

Vintage Condition: Minor fading, patina, repaired areas, small imperfections, and other signs of age may be inherent to genuine vintage items. These characteristics do not constitute defects when they are disclosed in the listing or shown clearly in photographs. If you have questions about an item’s condition, contact us before checkout.

Sizing and Measurements: Vintage sizing often differs from current sizing standards. We provide measurements to help you assess fit, but you are responsible for reviewing the listed measurements before purchase. We recommend comparing the measurements to a similar garment that fits you well. A fit preference or size-selection concern is not a listing error when the measurements match the product description.

Availability: Our inventory is primarily one-of-a-kind. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it until you complete checkout and payment is successfully processed. We may remove, correct, or update a product listing if it becomes unavailable, is listed in error, or requires a condition correction.

5. Orders and Account Information

By placing an order, you offer to purchase the item or items in your cart under these Terms. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including item unavailability, an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, inaccurate order information, or a breach of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will notify you using the email address provided at checkout and issue a refund to the original payment method.

You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate purchase and account information. You are responsible for promptly updating your email address, shipping address, billing address, and other information so that we can process your order and contact you when needed.

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activities conducted under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

6. Payment Terms

By placing an order, you authorize Three Rivers Vintage and its secure payment providers to obtain payment authorization for the full amount of your purchase, including the product price, shipping charges, and applicable taxes shown at checkout.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). The total displayed at checkout includes the applicable product price, domestic shipping charge, and sales tax before you submit the order. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or similar charges imposed by the destination country, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Three Rivers Vintage does not make warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted Site availability, the absence of errors, or the suitability of any item for a particular purpose beyond the product description and rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Limitation of Liability
